Preheating
For quality improvements, increased production and the more efficient use of the drying section, preheat should be a serious consideration.
When preheating the sheet after the presses, we offer the Apollo heater for the smaller machine and Titan or Corona for the larger machine, depending upon the sheet run and space available.
By applying the Compact high efficiency infrared technology to preheat you can improve stiffness, eliminate surface shrinkage and prevent picking while using the steam more efficiently.
THESE FRAMES ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY AS PREHEATERS
- Electrical energy input equivalent to 3% of the total drying load will give a 9% speed increase on board.
