When installed, we offer a performance guarantee. We take the view that lost machine production time is exceptionally expensive for our customers and it is therefore, our aim to deliver systems that offer maximum machine uptime.
To ensure reliability, we use components that operate well within their design specification and offer a long working life. Using smaller and cheaper components that will always be running towards the upper end of their capacity would offer a small saving on the purchase price but would result in unacceptably large costs through machine downtime.
For instance, we are the only infrared dryer manufacturer to design and manufacture our own lamps.
You might ask why this matters?
Firstly, our lamps last for at least 15,000 hours, against the industry standard of just 5,000 hours.
Secondly and more importantly, we are the only company that has committed to design and manufacture halogen emitters specifically to heat pulp, paper and board.
The net result is a massive increase in the amount of heat energy transferred to the sheet and a correspondingly large reduction in running costs with all the associated benefits, not least, remarkable energy savings!!
